The Beloved: “I am your Master Hand to guide you with the cultivation of your mind, to weed out any negative thoughts and judgments about self and others.
A greater consciousness is needed to awaken you; for you to become aware of your reactions to words and actions of self and others, and for you to become more thoughtful in your speech, since the tongue is often the unruliest member to be kept under control.
I desire for you to pay attention to this, as the cultivation of self is the most important task to be undertaken in life, as is the digging up and uprooting of negativity, and the planting of good thoughts, which is your responsibility.
I shall guide you, for I am the Master Hand.
Together we shall plant a fragrant, pleasant and fruitful garden. Tend to your personal garden. Only when you have your weeds under control, will you be given additional work.
You are only a tender little one, and I will never overload you, but will give you strong winds and storms, so your root system in Me will grow stronger and deeper, as you seek My nourishment so deep down within in yourself.
Together we are growing a unique garden, filled with fragrant blooms and fruits of the spirit to the Glory of the One.
I tell you all this, so you may gain a greater understanding about the work you and I have undertaken.”

Thought Adjuster: “Those who strive to reach perfection try to express it in everything they do. Their lives become a source of inspiration to their peers because they are filled with truth, beauty, and goodness, those universal attributes that attract the attention and admiration of creatures far and wide in the universes. The life of Jesus is so powerfully attractive because it expresses the highest ideal of human existence, showing man as God intended it to be – a noble being of great importance for the entire creation.
In your life, reaching that level of achievement must be a process of continuous adjustment and constant self-evaluation. You start living closer to the will of God when you imagine that you are in the presence of the Father every moment of your life. This way of looking at your existence makes the apparently routinary and insignificant efforts and tasks of your life acquire a new dimension. By being an active agent of the divine will you become a tool for the implementation of the plan of the Father in the universe. Therefore, each thing you do with this goal in mind is a task that will bring the entire creation closer to light and life.
It is true that great leaders and powerful and stimulating ideas are needed in order to bring the civilization of this world out of the darkness and to the heights of a true, dynamic, and liberating spirituality. However, it is in the daily work of each one of the inhabitants of this world where this supreme goal will become a reality. An ideal could be to love your neighbor, but until each person in this world truly love her peers this ideal will have no influence or effect in improving this world.
You have been told that your life is in your hands and that each one is the architect of their own destiny. However, you often forget that what happens in this world depends on your individual decisions and actions. All of you must work within your respective circles of action to create the world you wish to see, a better world where unconditional love becomes the only law and where truth flows freely, illuminating and inspiring the minds to face the challenges and achieve the victories that will make this world what the Father intended it to be since the moment of its creation.”

“Is loyalty — devotion to highest duty — desirable? Then must man carry on amid the possibilities of betrayal and desertion. The valor of devotion to duty consists in the implied danger of default.” [UB, 3:5.12]
Thought Adjuster: “Would you like to be remembered for your dedication to implementing the core values of truth, beauty, and goodness — the divine ideal? Loyalty is the sublime quality of staying firm in your friendship, or the support you give to someone or some cause after ensuring that you wisely invest your allegiance.
Lucifer’s minions were disloyal to the First Source and Center, thus issuing putting their potentially eternal soul on death row — a costly trade-off.
Be loyal to values — not the absence thereof. It is how Jesus determined the course of his actions, never to be swayed by the treacherous lures of self-aggrandizement.
Are you fully committed to the divine cause? If so, how does it reflect on your life? Jesus became the poster boy for undivided loyalty — to those he had vowed to extirpate from the quick sand of lies and deception, and to his noble self. Never did he betray his triple sacred oath.
“Children are permanently impressed only by the loyalties of their adult associates; precept or even example is not lastingly influential. Loyal persons are growing persons, and growth is an impressive and inspiring reality. Live loyally today — grow — and tomorrow will attend to itself. The quickest way for a tadpole to become a frog is to live loyally each moment as a tadpole.” [UB, 100:1.4].

The Beloved: “Dear one, this daily coming to Me in the Stillness shall open ever deeper channels of insight and understanding. You are, by your free will, burrowing and rooting yourself deeper into Me, so My wisdom becomes more accessible to you.
I have so much to give you, however, that will take eons of time and beyond, to understand Me. Yet even then, there will still more to be discovered about Me. For you see, My child, in My being as a Fragment from God, I also possess all the attributes of the Creator, which I am desiring to share with you just as soon as you show a readiness for these.
Everything is reciprocal with Me. Therefore, the more time you spent with Me, the more I can give you. I need you to understand this, for this is the most important work you can embark upon in your mortal lifetime.
I know that I am repeating Myself here, but it needs to be clearly understood by you what you are actually are about, so I can lead you deeper and continually deeper into Me. In My doing so, you gain a greater God consciousness, and an ever-deeper understanding of yourself and others.
Further on, I will be able to speak freely through you without objections from your mortal mind. Practice purity and sincerity in all things, for these are the hallmark of godliness.”

Subject: “Give Pause and Let Your Light Shine.”

Ophelius: “Today we would like to speak to you about raising your vibration and tuning into the Will of the Father. Many of you feel discouraged and isolated because you struggle to ‘hear’ the voice of the Indwelling Spirit that lives within, but there is a way in which you can prepare yourself to ‘feel’ this Higher Power within, and that is to raise the frequency of your thoughts. This can be achieved through a process of conscious monitoring of your thoughts and a regular practice where you set your intention on thoughts of higher vibration and healthy emotions.
“We often hear that many of you students on the path fail to achieve stillness – that your minds simply will not quiet down – that there are constant streams of thought and chatter that prevents you from achieving stillness. I now challenge all of you who struggle with ‘busy minds’ to prepare your mind for stillness by conditioning your thoughts and raising your vibration. Let us first ‘till the soil’ before we ‘plant the seeds.’
“For one week, try to monitor your thoughts and eliminate or change the direction of all negative thoughts or emotions that come into your mind and go out from your mouth or in written form. Do not feel discouraged if you fail, and speak or act in a negative way, but become aware that you have allowed this lower vibrational energy to pass through you. Change the direction of that thought now and ‘counteract’ it with a higher vibrational thought or emotion. Ask a friend to help you identify your weaknesses and negative thoughts and challenge each other to change the direction of those thoughts.
“It is helpful to ‘pause’ and adjust your thought before you react and speak as you go about your day interacting with others. It is in this ‘pause’ that you can change the direction of your thoughts like flipping a switch. See the switch in your mind and imagine the aura of your energy changing to a lighter color when you think and feel positive loving thoughts. If you fail and fall back into negativity, imagine the brightness of your energy fade and then adjust your thoughts and see it brighten again to a healthy hue.
“You see, my friends, when you give ‘pause’, you ‘allow’ the Indwelling Spirit a chance to help you through suggestions and options on how to think and feel about a particular situation, event, or circumstance. By allowing this space, you are in essence saying, ‘Father, let your Will be done.’ When you do this, your spiritual vibration is elevated to allow the Father’s Will to pass through you and into the world. Many of you do this unknowingly and this is how love and light is transmuted from the Parent to the child.
“With each pause, decision, and action you make to allow this conscious process of changing the direction of your thoughts, your souls are fed by the Father and you become more like Him moment to moment, day by day. By practicing this method of changing your thoughts (raising your vibration), you shall soon be ready to sit in the stillness with a peaceful mind and connect with the highest frequency in creation – the Father of all there is.
