Subject: “Fleeting Material Needs and Wants.”

The Beloved: “It is truly helpful to contemplate all the ways in which you are blessed. This teaches you to forget your wants and instead shifts your focus to what has already been manifested.
The real need is always inner growth toward a higher level of living through increased understanding and love towards each other.
Material needs and wants are fleeting. Of course, there are real needs, but the attitude towards these needs can be changed, so that there will neither be any self-pity for seemingly being short-changed, nor jealousy toward another.
Real freedom from needs and wants comes only by living in faith, knowing that you are a worthy child of an all-powerful Creator. Believe that He who created the heavens and gave all the stars their places and knows them by name, can equally well take care of you.
A lot of poverty is created by fear of poverty. Worry and fear attract poverty and this often sets a cycle of poverty into motion, because that which you think about, you attract.
When you count your blessings and start thinking abundance, this cycle shifts then into a higher gear, according to the law of attraction.
Of course, this means thinking honestly with sincerity and truthfulness. Never prostitute your inner soul-self by being dishonest in the gathering of unearned wealth at someone else’s expense.
Each honest bit of work is worthy of recognition, and this is always recognized in heaven.
The state of the soul is the most precious possession in all creation. Nurture your soul in honesty and sincerity, not out of fear of punishment, but out of love for the Creator. He gives you all those life experiences through the Gift of free will, so that you can choose how you will live your life.
Always remember to turn within to count your blessings, and to confer with Me, your Guide.”

“As you view the world, remember that the black patches of evil which you see are shown against a white background of ultimate good. You do not view merely white patches of good which show up miserably against a black background of evil. [UB, 195:5.12]
Thought Adjuster: “The dismal planetary state of affairs seems to validate the entrenched opinion many have formed about a partially empty metaphorical glass rather than acknowledging its soul-hydrating content. Obsessively dwelling on the dark side of double-sided predicaments expands the shadow they throw on your inner world, which leads you to feel ruthlessly tossed around by life’s undercurrents.
By their disheartening nature, the relentless flow of bad news traumatizes many psyches, plaguing them with chronic cases of the blues. Life is a balancing act where you acquire your sea-legs in stormy waters, learning to maintain an upbeat attitude amidst adversity.
“When there is so much good truth to publish and proclaim, why should men dwell so much upon the evil in the world just because it appears to be a fact? The beauties of the spiritual values of truth are more pleasurable and uplifting than is the phenomenon of evil.” [UB, 195:5.13]
There is no shortage of devil’s advocates. They take malicious pleasure in terrorizing their entourage by disseminating bad news, misusing their life force as a downer and demotivator.
Jesus dealt with many setbacks. Most of those he had come to help were so unreceptive that they became openly antagonistic. His high spiritual voltage singled him out as a cheerful personality in stark contrast with the somber demeanor exuded by those operating under the low voltage of dark energies.
By closely monitoring where you are plugged in emotionally, you can take radical countermeasures to brighten your outlook and strengthen your resilience, refuting the discouraging and disparaging words of depression and despair with unwavering authority.
Happiness rides on the coattail of positive thinking, taking in the panoramic silver linings, and ever anticipating the best outcome.”

The Beloved: “In all suffering is one great purpose: To entice you to come closer to the Creator.
This has nothing whatsoever to do with supposed negative karma. The idea of karma slipped into the belief system of humans, to make sense out of suffering, and the idea was conceived that suffering was brought on by something, or someone, in a previous life. This is an erroneous and unfortunate concept indeed.
There are genetic inherited memories and energetic thought forms from the Akashic dimension that can be lodged in a person. But most so-called past-life experiences are glimpses from the indwelling Fragments of God.
Some Fragments have had numerous previous indwellings on other planes in mortals who, for some reason, could not or chose not to ascend into eternal life.
The highly experienced Thought Adjusters are more successful in reaching the minds of those mortals they indwell when these minds are not overly troubled by fear, superstitions and erroneous belief systems and are open and willing to co-operate.
The Adjusters are then better able to impart messages, but great care needs to be taken by the receivers to not mistake these messages as coming from a so-called previous life-time of their selves.
All souls are new when they arrive on the planet, and so is the God-given personality. One has to be always mindful that genetic inheritance plays a great role, going back untold generations, all the way back to plant life.
A newly created offspring of a human couple, with the presence of spirit, is totally unique and with a well-nigh unlimited free will potential to follow the call of spirit.
Always remember that you can achieve oneness with Me, your eternal Fragment of the Creator God, by giving heed to My still Voice within you.”

Subject: “Truth Can Be an Uplifter or a Downer.”

The human body comprises 12 distinct systems, and their functions reflect their names: cardiovascular, digestive, endocrine, immune, integumentary, lymphatic, muscular, nervous, reproductive, respiratory, skeletal, and urinary.
Thought Adjuster: “In God’s creation, truth, beauty, and goodness form a trio. It is so because they are unsustainable on their own, just as a sound physical body requires the smooth running of all its operative systems and backup systems.
Truth is either beautiful or ugly, depending on its tenor in goodness or the lack thereof. Truth is evidential — not merely circumstantial. Often, damaging evidence is concealed behind toxic smokescreens of lies and deception.
Twisted truths display ugly deformities. Their masterminds are self-conflicted, which robs them of peace of mind and heart. Straight shooters abide ‘by the truth and nothing but the truth.’ These free spirits are immune to emotional blackmail.
Truth, beauty, and goodness are the supporting pillars of genuine happiness. Those who operate under their umbrella exude a commanding presence. Their approach is forthright, in stark contrast with the shifty eye contact of liars.
Jesus’ truth was liberating because it was beautifully uplifting. The saving grace of truth lies within its appeal, leading its uncompromising adepts to perform great and beautiful works that stand out on their substantial merit in a world riddled with iniquity.
It is its underlying motive that makes truth either beautiful or despicable. Truthful words can be utterly cruel when weaponized to drive venomous arrows into their victims’ tender hearts.
Divine truth is all-loving. Because of His all-inclusive love, the Father forever manifests beauty through the impeccable command of His spoken word. “And God saw everything that he had made, and, behold, it was very good.” [Genesis 1:31]

Thought Adjuster: “There are three main manifestations of spiritual progress: 1) The desire to be better and more like an ideal of perfection visualized in the human mind. 2) Peace that permeates all situations in life. 3) The desire to do something good for your peers. Let us examine now each one of these spiritual fruits.
When a creature begins a truly religious life – based on the impulses that motivate spiritual exploration and not the acceptation of myths and crystalized truths – also begins the experience of wanting to know the source of that religion and the principal object of worship, which is none other than the Celestial Father. All religious search that is personal and self-motivated strives to find God. This exploration starts revealing with increasing clarity the divinity of the Father to the human soul and this soul spontaneously feels the impulse to become more like the invisible Father. Real transformation begins to occur in a creature and all impulses, desires and affinities start to become increasingly perfected by the efforts of the will to achieve self-mastery. Thus, a person stops just reacting to the circumstances to become the master of her destiny and her future. This is only possible when a soul is enlightened with progressive revelations of deity, constructing a dynamic model of perfection and keeps evolving, becoming increasingly beautiful, true, and good.
This enlightenment of the soul is not external. It comes from within your being, from the Thought Adjuster. A human being who chooses to ignore the guidance that her deepest reflections can provide – those meditations when the human mind reaches out to the Adjuster mind – can never establish in her mind a coherent ideal to aspire, regardless of how many spiritual teachers are heard or how many books are read. External information can help, but real understanding of the truth – real learning – only happens when each one individually strives to reconcile the information in their mind. Thus, once an ideal of divinity has been forged in the mind of a creature, the spirit inspires that creature to attempt to become that ideal.
The second result of a more spiritual life is lasting peace. Those who awaken to the truth that there is a God who is our Father and guides us toward a better future for all equally, begin to experience an inexplicable sensation of being safe in their hearts. These human beings find within a refuge that provides solace during the struggles of life and gives them a singular optimism about the future. This peace is independent of external conditions and the appearances of life. It is not a peace that comes from the outside, it is created and sustained within each individual. Many can experience peace when things go well, but few are those who can maintain their calm during the tempests of life. This is only possible because the experience of a truly religious life has demonstrated that there is something inside a human being that nobody can touch and cannot be taken away.
Human beings could choose an arbitrary ideal of perfection from some book or some notable character of history to guide their efforts to improve. Also, human beings could force themselves to be at peace with any situation that arises, even if by pure resignation, but the appearance of the third spiritual fruit in human life is only possible because of a true religious experience. This is an authentic manifestation that arises spontaneously and cannot be forced. We are talking about the impulse to do something good for your neighbor, which is just a consequence of the unconditional love that starts overflowing the souls of those who live a truly religious life.
So, there you have it. The fruits of a true religious experience are the desire for perfection, peace beyond all understanding, and unconditional love. When trying to ascertain how effective your religion is, you only need to check if these spiritual fruits are manifesting in your daily life. If you have experienced these blessings in your life then you are of the right path; otherwise, you may need to make some corrections. The rewards of a spiritual life are not meant to be reaped only in the next life. Here and now the benefits of a truly religious life can provide you with the experiences to live a mortal life filled with lasting satisfaction and joy, while preparing you better for the next level of existence.”
