Thought Adjuster: “All human beings are capable of determining the degree of their personal spiritual progress. None of you need to be subjected to the uncertainty of not knowing how much you have mastered the art of living in this world trying to be increasingly perfect. To know with certainty how much you have advanced in your attempts to comprehend the Father and live His will you can just look at the degree in which you have learned to sincerely love your peers.
Love is the law of the Father and when His children have learned to express this love – even if imperfectly at the beginning – they are moving closer to the nature of God. The more you love your peers and the more sincere your devotion to them, the closer you are to being like the Father, who loves all without conditions and in an immutable fashion.
The sincere love of a mortal for her peers becomes evident when a person wants for all the same opportunities, the same advantages, and the same satisfactions that she has experienced. You are accustomed to the external manifestations of human love. Divine love does not rely on appearances. It must be an expression of the highest wisdom of a human being, which aspires to be divine as the wisdom of the Father.
You can observe in your world the manifestations of material love, but only spiritual love will motivate you to be better and to achieve your eternal goals. If somebody loves you with material love he or she may solve your temporal problems. But when you are loved with a love filled with spiritual wisdom, you receive everything you need to solve your own problems, thus, achieving a higher understanding of your own being and preparing to live happier and freer in the future.
The love of the Father is filled with wisdom and He wishes that you become able to love each other. Do not be deceived by the appearances of material love. strive to understand divine love and it will spontaneously arise in your heart and will extend to others. This is true love, with the potential to change your world and your civilization. It is a love that does not try to control but is given with total freedom, and this way it exerts a more powerful influence.
Understand how the love of the Father works in this world. Even when the Father cannot literally carry you in His arms, you can certainly experience His embrace, his compassionate understanding, and his dynamic and enlivening inspiration, because the power of His creative intent is directed towards the happiness of all His creatures – His beloved children in all creation.”

The Beloved: “Be and live in Joy.
It really is not necessary to be worrying all the time. Actually, worrying gets you nowhere. It is the glad and joyful heart that more easily connects with Me because it has become more peaceful by growing in faith and trust.
This is the ideal we together strive towards, because the elimination of inner stress and anxiety will immediately affect all the body cells, which can then unfurl and set themselves to the task of replicating in the manner they are programmed to, giving you a healthier body-temple to work with.
When unhindered, the body can do its own healing work. This frees up the mind for a more important task, which is to grow a little closer to spirit each day.
Life is not meant to just be a journey of the flesh and its pleasure-seeking ways. No, life is meant to be lived to discover the living Spirit of the eternal Creator within, and to develop inner ears that listen to His guidance.
How can you learn when everything is cluttered with pain, worries, frets, and disappointment, not to mention anger, resentment and all other spirit poisons?
Strive each day to make time to come into the Stillness and listen to My still Voice within, as I reside in each thinking mortal. Keep in mind that you are in kindergarten on this planet, and a more excellent education is awaiting you on the next level of existence – the morontia spheres.
I am your Friend, so be My friend, and spend time with Me. It will be the best time you will ever set aside in your busy Life.”

Thought Adjuster: “You were conceived by divine forethought. Ponder it for a moment, as it will tremendously expand your sense of self-worth. The union between the divine Heart and the divine Mind conceives All-That-Is in the ever-expanding chamber of infinity and eternity. It is where your being’s matrix of perfection was formulated and your eternal destiny was set into motion to nudge toward your godlikeness.
The mind is very mysterious to you, sentient and thinking beings. Its incessant chatter makes you wonder about your thoughts' point of origin. You notice a wide array of thought forms. Some are original versions whose revelatory content causes you to pause and reflect; some are strung in a random chain reaction without rhyme or reason, at least on the conscious level.
Obsessive thinking is quite limiting, as it gets stuck into a mind-dulling loop. Creative thinking is open-ended, ever scouting for impactful ideas that hold within them the power to generate truth, beauty, and goodness — the prime nutrients for your evolving soul.
Divine thought processes are forever all-inclusive of the highest good, which is quite unfathomable for your finite mind. Living energy fuels your thoughts, whether you are awake or asleep. During Your dream life, you unconsciously process data.
Your best thinking occurs when you clearly define a subject matter of personal interest. You get absorbed in such rewarding thought materials to the point where you may temporarily forget about time and space — becoming spaced-out, not pejoratively speaking.
You are an actualized thought form! Live in such a way that you too lovingly manifest in your reality your best brain-children. The parental pride you will then feel when beholding your mental offspring will give you a faint idea of the fatherly pride of your benevolent Progenitor.”

Prolotheos: “You have been taught that experience is the key to progress in the time-space realms. Life is the invitation of the Gods to their mortals for each to evolve into someone better than they are now. Mortal life presents plenty of struggles, because living means constantly dealing with never-ending change. It requires your utmost effort, so you can become better than you presently are. How to know which is your best? It is a question of motivation: Your best will be as good as your goals. If you want to grow, you must establish virtuous and worthwhile, higher goals in your life.
“Your goals must be realistic ones, not determined on an emotional basis; otherwise, they will either be below your capacity, or way beyond your abilities. To set realistic goals you need to have accurate knowledge of yourself, what you are really capable of, and you need to have an understanding of the magnitude of the task. As well, you need to know the means and resources you have to have at hand. Realistic goals are set after a good deal of thought, and when you have established a plan of action to achieve these goals. Human beings learn by both, experience and projection. Setting worthy goals is the ability to project what experiences will produce the realization of your objectives.
“Make sure your goals are also relevant. The principle of relevancy is a selfless one: The more your goals focus on others, the more they are relevant to you. You do need to love yourself and improve yourself, but no real improvement comes to you if your motivation is a selfish one. Make the reason for improving yourself that you may better serve your neighbor. Therefore, your goals are the more relevant to you when they are in fact the most relevant to others. Be the best you can be by helping others to become the best they can be.
“Finally, make your goals real challenges for yourself. The really challenging goals are not, as many people think, the material ones. Rather, they are the spiritual ones. Being a dare-devil, testing your limits will simply not do, for it matters not how difficult the challenge. One could well build a billionaire’s empire, and yet continue to be the same misfit as always. Establish goals that will make you a better human being; goals that help you in committing yourself, and that help you to be humble about your achievements. So, make goals that ‘profit your character’, not your pocketbook.
“The measure of your success is the worthiness of your goals, my pupil. Make them doable, worthy and effective. Your path to perfection is not a random one; God has a goal for you, and an established plan, so you can, by your personal effort, achieve your perfection. Wait not on chance or luck, but face life, interact with people, produce bona fide experiences that will make your spiritual advance a cumulative gain for you, and for others. Ophelius: “Today, my dear friends, we would like to talk about the vibrational benefits of the beauty and goodness of being in nature. Have you ever noticed when you are outside in nature in some beautiful secluded place how your mood is elevated and how your senses seem to be filled with a vitalizing energy? It’s not just your mood that is truly elevated, there is a vibrational “peak” that you reach when you are surrounded by natural beauty. This “peak” in energy becomes a healing mechanism that was designed into your physiology to balance and harmonize the subtle fields of your body’s energy systems.
“It is important to note that to get the maximum vibrational benefit from the beauty of nature that you sharpen your awareness of it. To merely walk through a field with your mind fixed on other worldly matters does not open the subtle fields for the “osmosis” of receiving this higher energy. You must be in a place of gratitude, joy, and wonder—you must be “open” to receiving all the goodness there is and appreciate the whole ecosystem around you. When you do this, you are actually “connecting” with it and communicating with that system at an unconscious level.
“When you connect this way, you are truly living in the moment — time is of no concern — only the connectedness in that moment is real. Your subtle energy fields are open and your spiritual vibration is rising. This is the moment where you can connect to the whole universe and speak to the Creator-Father — your Thought Adjuster and your unseen family — your guides, teachers and guardian seraphim. In these moments, you are as “real” as you can be.
“With your subtle fields open — with this connectedness with nature and with your unseen family, you are in harmony with all. Your body is calibrating — your mind and emotional centers are being healed. Healing, health, and vitality begin in these subtle fields and shall manifest in the physical form when the mind is tuned into this place of oneness and connectedness. Regular “doses” of this form of healing are as important as your stillness exercises. Those who practice both are receiving the maximum vibrational benefit.
Healthy diet and exercise is a natural outcome of being “in tune” with Spirit and nature. Your body has a consciousness of its own and when you become aware and connected in this way you begin to “hear” what your body needs. This is indeed why many who step onto the spiritual path gravitate toward healthy living, environmental responsibility, outdoor living and playing — they vibrate at a frequency that communicates with all these systems and so they become tuned into the reality of those systems — an “inner knowing” develops within the mind/body/spirit.
“When you develop these higher senses as a result of living in a connected way, the mind shifts into a higher mode and this is where you begin to make use of the lower strata of morontia mind — the mid-mind, or soul mind. Operating from this mindset is where survival value experiences are exponentially harvested by your Thought Adjuster — your “Higher-Self.” It is at this stage in your development that life and purpose become important — your life begins to blossom and you are truly living according to your life plan — the Creator’s Will.
