Thought Adjuster: “Dear child, you woke up last night, and everything stood still in your mind, which gave Me the floor to share a metaphor with you; you easily picked up on My silent and unhurried words.
The topic I broached was how we could be fully present TOGETHER in the here-and-now. To bring the point home, I had you envision using a moving walkway as a means of locomotion through time and space.
There are three types of travelers: (1) those who standstill on the travellator, enjoying the relaxing ride. They are well-prepared and carry carefully assembled essentials in an encumbering backpack that straightens their posture. (2) the ever-rushed travelers who keep an urgent stride, impatiently working their way around the unmoving passengers. They drag a heavy suitcase, overstuffed with non-essentials of the past or items inappropriate for their final destination. (3) the fearful souls who are reluctant to step on an escalator, which places them in a precarious position. It prevents them from espousing its steady ascension pace while holding on its carefully synchronized, stabilizing moving banister.
You and I operate optimally as co-travelers — letting nothing separate us. I Am the holy ground under your feet that keeps you immersed in the eternal now moment — preventing you from foolishly breaking away from Me or lagging behind Me. As you just experienced, it is the most auspicious circumstance to hear My still small voice — appeasing by its calmness.
When we share this stress-free operative platform, your mind empties itself of all preoccupations, and you experience what it means to be a fully-engaged, relaxed listener. You notice that My unhurried words easily penetrate your receptive mind that assimilates them in the timeless now-moment of our spacious spiritual communion.
Let us reverse roles for a moment. How do you think your divine Indwellers feel when subjected to the nervous discourses of their human hosts? As They are, by nature, the most respectful and attentive listeners, it keeps them stuck in the idling role of Thought Monitors, preventing them from actively stepping in as Thought Adjusters, ever ready to impart the wealth of Their collective, practical wisdom. They patiently wait for their human chatterboxes to run out of nervous energies and finally settle down in their shared living quarters as highly compatible roomies who relish each other company.”

Subject: “Through the Exercise of Trust.”

The Beloved: “The growing joy in your soul is a delight for Me to witness.
It has often been a weary road, strewn with stones over which you have stumbled many times. However, you quickly learned to get up and move on. Some of these stumbles have left their mark on you, but they also have made you stronger.
‘Stronger’, you say? Yes, for in your weakness you cried out for help, and help was always forthcoming. No sincere prayer ever goes unanswered.
However, the great Creator also uses perfect timing to fulfill every need, whether it is spiritual, emotional or material, depending on the trust and willingness on the part of the receiver.
It is only through the exercise of trust, and the willingness to receive, that the capacity therefore enlarges. Always keep in mind that the Father sees this growing trust in the human heart.
If you think that your prayer request will not be answered, then pray for help for your trust to increase. A small child implicitly trusts its parents, unless it learns otherwise.
The Great Parent always knows the reasonable requests, like any wise parent would. The Father knows every need before you even ask, and help is never denied, unless there is a lesson to be learned, so the human can become strong and garner wisdom.
Grow your trust and faith in the over-care of the all-wise unconditional love of the Creator God, who holds in His mind the ideal blueprint for unfoldment for each and everyone. He gifted Me to you, to assist you forever.
Come and imbibe of Me presence, and feel My love for you.”

Subject: “Experiencing Conscious Contact – Part 11.”
Dear Friends and Light Workers,
This continuing series will expand and explain the eleven facets identified in Part 3, “The Framework for Conscious Contact.” This message takes a deeper look at the ninth facet:
“9. Realization of the I AM (awareness of the Parent experiencing life through the child).”
After your exploration of the 8th facet — speaking from the place of the I AM, you may pause and expand your mind. Think about what just happened during your experience speaking from the Thought Adjuster’s point of view — the Parent speaking to the Child? Think about your consciousness as an imperfect awareness that the Perfect Parent Consciousness is accessing as an interface to gather unique shared-life experience.
The Parent wants to express itself, but can only qualitatively experience that expression through the child consciousness at any given moment according to the child’s spiritual maturity and willingness to grow into a more perfected model of consciousness — to expand and become a greater expression of the divinity that lives within. Your consciousness and the Father’s Presence is ALWAYS connected — never separated. You are the child consciousness of the One Consciousness!
Picture a large cylinder filled with helium — the Parent. Imagine that you are a deflated balloon connected by an umbilical-like cord that is being slowly filled with helium from the Cylinder — like a mother nourishing a fetus. The Parent wants you to expand and grow to take in more of what She is — to become saturated with the gas (love and light) that will lift you to new heights — to give you a greater view of Her creation and to experience the journey of soaring together — the shared journey.
In this moment, become aware of your own awareness — that the Parent is seeing through your eyes; is feeling through your heart; is reaching with your hands and fingers. Hold your hand out in front of you and wiggle your fingers as if you are the awareness of the Parent experiencing the “vessel” of the child in time-space in this given moment. You are experiencing the awareness of the Parent through the child as the I AM wiggles the fingers of the child vessel. Think about all that you are — physically, emotionally, spiritually, and associate this awareness with the expression of the Parent through you — the vessel of the Father’s indwelling. Sit with these profound thoughts and realizations.
The more you practice Conscious Contact, the more will this realization of the I AM become more profound in your consciousness and the more will your perspective change as you look out into the world and interact with other personalities all having a shared experience of deity expression.
What is “Light and Life?” It is a realization in the mass consciousness of a planet that all consciousness is shared consciousness — the One expressing through the many. When this idea approaches critical mass — the world shall change — to express together, a more perfected reflection of the Will of the One through the many. When this occurs, each personality will want to contribute to the more perfected ideas of life for the many, working together to create an increasingly efficient model of society that continually improves the expression of the One.
Your participation in this quest for greater expression is the evolution of Light and Life — to contribute to the equation that leads to mass awakening. The more you participate in CC, the more you move mass consciousness toward this event horizon — the point of no return — enlightenment — the brotherhood of man and the Fatherhood of God.

Thought Adjuster: “By its incontestable nature, truth does not lend itself to interpretations. Yet, the tumultuous course of history makes you wonder why it gets so often compromised by well-meaning souls. The ideological schism between Paul and Abner — two devoted followers of Jesus — was such an unfortunate development.
Generation after generation, the human species has a hard time dumping preconceptions fueled by biased wishful thinking. Driven by immature ego, they forcibly insert some misfits in their life puzzle — pieces dear to their heart or pride that distort reality and set regrettable outcomes in motion.
It is hard for anyone to admit that the frame of their belief system lies on shaky ground. Solid scaffoldings require the application of mathematical and other proven formulas to prevent costly collapses, as their mission statement is to support masterworks in the making — not to jeopardize their emergence. Wise architects enlist the midwifery services of engineers to birth their pre-meditated brainchildren safely.
Conduct your due diligence when making weighty decisions. Time spent in preparations uncovers crucial data that may alter the way you tackle your objective.
Truth comes as a disappointment only to the opinionated ones who hold on at all costs to preconceived ideas. It is a celebratory occasion and an asset for the receptive minds who join forces with its innate manifestation powers. Do not posture yourself as a presumptuous know-it-all. Instead, by tapping into the Omni-knowingness of The Only One who can make good on such claims, you will tremendously gain in knowledge and wisdom.”

Dr. Mendoza: “I greet you, my dear human student. Many are the years in a mortal lifetime we worked together to see to the welfare of patients’ emotional health. Not always were you aware of my input in those cases, but I was there supporting you, nevertheless. Is it any different now, I ask you? Is it different in any way? We took care of our subjects’ psychological aberrations for them to live healthier emotional lives, and by extension make spiritual progress.
“Everything has changed, and yet nothing at all has changed, for by us seeing to their spiritual health, their emotional and physical wellbeing improves as well. We are in the all-important ‘business’ of reminding many that there is a God we can all put our trust in, and that there are myriad unseen helpers, who are His hands and feet. It is about trust and confidence in Him that we communicate here and now. It is about overcoming distrust and utter reliance on the self.
“Would that all had more trust and faith in the Creator of all, and would that more could see all others as kin, there would be less fighting and less wars, less disagreement and less distrust, less paranoia and less pointing of finger at who wears the black hat and who the white, who is rich and who is poor, who is hungry and who eats for three or four and more. Your lives are so structured with duties and doubtful entertainment that mere fleeting moments, if any, are left for your Maker and Sustainer.
“Your Maker and Sustainer has the trust and confidence in you. He sees all from the beginning to the end, and knows that in time your wars will end, your religionists will realize they grasp little of eternal truth, white and black will be friends, and rich will help those in need. Essential for this to begin, it is important for you to reassess your structured lives and leave room for health-giving meditation – a short prayer, and ample time in stillness to hear about His plans.
“Billions of your kin, our beloved mortals, reach Mansonia One with the pain and regret of having given nary a thought to His very existence during all of their lives, and for them it’s rather late in the day to achieve as much of the high estate and prestige you will be entitled to in your morontia lives to come. Make this New Year a time when you live consciously in the now, rather than be drugged by routine, but contemplate your future in higher realms. ‘Humor your Creator!’
