Prolotheos: “Sexuality is a most powerful driving force in human nature, perhaps only second to the human survival instinct. While the survival instinct strives for the continuance of the individual’s life, sexuality is the driving force that ensures the continuation of the species. You share the animal instincts with all other creatures, through the ministry of the first five of seven Adjutant Spirits of the Mother Spirit. However, only humans can reach personality status and only they enjoy the ministry of the spirits of Wisdom and of Worship which dictate the sound and moral use of all animal instincts, and among them, the sexual one.
“Procreation is the primary function of sex, and the pleasure associated with it is to guarantee that it is frequently practiced to ensure species continuance. However, since humans are personal beings (not mere animals), sexuality is not to be exercised only based on its instinctive drive, but rather rightfully enjoyed if one has respect for one’s partner’s personality. Firstly, one’s capacity for sexual activity as a natural development is the result of physical maturity, but not necessarily maturity of the personality, emotional and or intellectual maturity. Therefore, sexuality needs to be a responsible activity when practiced by individuals that have reached physical and personality maturity, being able to make conscious and responsible choices. Although normal human beings become morally conscious early in their lives (about 6-7 years of age) they are not yet totally – either physically or intellectually – mature enough to responsibly make sexual choices at such an early age. Therefore, exercise of sexuality is not yet proper for children, and so, both parents and society must shield them of its misuse and abuse. The same applies to individuals with mental retardation or slow intellectual development.
“While sex is not evil in and of itself, as some cultures and religions may view it, the evildoer may use it as a tool. Human beings, as sexual creatures, must enjoy their sexuality with wisdom; that is to use it with dignity and respect. It is a common saying in modern Urantian societies that it is ‘ok’ for the practice of sex between ‘consenting adults’. While this is an important condition to be met, it is never a license to be immoral, perverting, degrading of physical bodies or social and religious mores. Sexuality is healthy when exercised with respect and dignity, without abuse, prejudice or bigotry. In sexuality, self-control is surely needed, if it is to be a dignified expression of the human personality.
“Evidently, evolution, civilization’s status, economics, poverty, ignorance, depravation, religious and social mores development complicate and many times corrupt sexual relations between individuals, producing all kinds of mixed and undesirable situations such as prostitution, pornography, humiliation, promiscuity, rape, abuse of women and children in human trafficking, commerce and many other abject and questionable behaviors. As a general rule, sexuality should never be compulsory, be forced or violent, but rather it is to be enjoyed by consent by mature individuals, without abuse or licentiousness, with wise consideration to the current social and religious mores, besides a most profound respect for the personality status of human beings.

The Beloved: “Today we will hold a discourse on what keeps you away from Me as slowly you are acquiring the insight to realize where your heart-channel to Me is being blocked.
It is beginning to dawn on you, that any fear you harbor, be it for yourself or even the safety of a loved one, is actually the biggest fear – that of the unknown. These kinds of fear are effective channel blockers to Me, even as undue worries, frets and impatience corrode your channel to receive.
Faith and trust need to be exercised. It is all in the thought-processes. ‘Thought held in mind, produce after their kind.’ So now you can look upon your thoughts as channel blockers.
Become more aware of how you think, and even why you think at all. It is of utmost importance that you learn to be, rather than to do. This means that outward good deeds are as nothing if the heart is not involved, as one simply might do good deeds because this is expected by society.
Good deeds grudgingly rendered, bear no fruit in eternal life. It matters only what motivates the human heart and the love that commands it. The free-will choice of co-operating with the divine will of God always leads to the highest and greatest good of all. This is what opens the channel to Me.
The more willingly you come into the Silence with a clear uncluttered mind, free from fear and daily frets, the more ideal state you will be in to imbibe of My presence. This gives us the opportunity to make the most of our time together.
Train and discipline your mind to a greater awareness of Me, and you will find that ever-so-gently you are being led into a better way of life – a life lived in increasing joy because of your growing faith in Me.”

“God, being eternal, universal, absolute, and infinite, does not grow in knowledge nor increase in wisdom. God does not acquire experience, as finite man might conjecture or comprehend, but he does, within the realms of his own eternal personality, enjoy those continuous expansions of self-realization which are in certain ways comparable to, and analogous with, the acquirement of new experience by the finite creatures of the evolutionary worlds.” [UB, 1:5.14]
Thought Adjuster: “By his boundless nature, the Father makes allowances for his everlasting expansion — never to be confined to the tight living quarters of narrow-mindedness or narrow-heartedness. He is free to live his eternal life to the fullest of its potentialities in an evolving cosmos where staggering numbers of chemical, electrical, mental, and emotional chain reactions simultaneously occur on all the planes that form its vast reality. There is never a dull moment as far as the Father is concerned. In him, knowledge and knowingness are cut from the same royal cloth.
At the human level, a distinction needs to be made between these two concepts. Knowledge has an intellectual connotation, as it is composed of the sum total of factual data collected in various fields of inquiry. It is relative and, therefore, subject to revision. Knowingness is the soul’s certainty acquired through personal experience, in synergy with wisdom, enhanced inner vision, and flashes of insights. It provides the soul with a sharper definition of some aspects of reality.
The soul nursery of planetary life prepares you for the more advanced courses of universal education. At birth, your mind is like a virgin flash drive formatted to collect precious informational megabytes during the duration of your life. Yours is to delete your junk files to protect the integrity of your truth portfolio.
Hands-on validation through personal experience is the process through which knowledge graduates to knowingness — thus becoming a depreciation-proof personal asset with no expiration date.”

Armesh: “We welcome you this fine crisp winter morning, a time when the world resounds with the melodies of birds’ songs, and the squeals of children looking forward to Christmas. It is a holy time of year for many people, a time to celebrate with family and with friends, and to honor the glory of God in his bestowal of Christ Michael onto this world.
“It is also a time of much sorrow, pain and grief for many, a time when the woes of the world lie heavy upon lonely hearts. So many have experienced great suffering and anguish in the preceding months and years. Many feel their loss of loved ones, torn down through war or affliction, and feel little reason for hope and joy.
“Yet hope and joy are the main messages at this time of year, as the darkness removes itself from the Earth and shortly, bulbs will start to sprout, buds will appear on trees and the world will show that it is about to start living again.
“For those without hope, this is because they ‘sit within’ the expectation of the human physical state. Where there is connection to the Divine, there is never time without hope, for life here is transient, and just a small step upon the path towards the Creator.
“As a child, who has been brought up within poverty, has not had the rest of its life decided for it, so too the suffering of this world is just a small first step within your eternal careers.
“That child may grow to be an astute businessman, or perhaps a respected doctor, someone who may excel within the world of sport or music, and oft-times the poverty of their upbringing may, when tempered with fierce determination, strength of will and real passion, allow that individual to excel beyond all others in his or her adult life.
“So too, those of you who have pain and grief still rejoice in the experiences that you have encountered during your time on this Earth. It does not feel this way now, but know they are experiences which temper you, which help you to grow, and which confer divine blessings that will become apparent in future parts of your lives, both on Earth and within the next realms.
“We say to you that all beings are loved, and all beings are loved equally. We see no difference between the mother who is distraught at losing her child, and the lover standing in rapture in the arms of her beloved.
“Each is a wonderful expression of the fragility, the strength and the emotional heart of a human being.
“We suffer when we see you suffer. We live both the downs with the ups, alongside of you. And when we are able, when you allow us into your heart and let us stay there a while, then we hold you all close and tenderly.
“This is the gift Michael gave to humanity — a flawless reaching of the soul within each and every one of you. And still that gift continues.
“So, whatever your circumstance at this time of year, know deep within your heart that you are never alone, that you are always loved, and that peace and joy is available to each and every one of you.
“And so, with love we leave you. But look into your heart, and you will know that we are never gone.”

Monjoronson: “Greetings to you. As we enter a season of remembrance, the season in which you celebrate the arrival of your Divine Creator, Michael, as Jesus of Nazareth on Urantia, let us set the stage for more healing and renewal to take place.
“By now, most of you have been touched by the upheaval of this transitional period enough so that you know that something of an unusual nature is occurring on your planet. And yet, as you observe an increasing number of events causing geophysical and social chaos, there are still as many, if not more, moments of light emerging. It is a dichotomy of opposites is it not?
“And so, you ask yourself, “Where do I stand in this mix?’ Are your thoughts dominated by the stress of continual challenge? Or, no matter how grim your life has been, can you still feel gratitude for what you have been given, for the abundance and beauty that is also occurring around you?
“How does one navigate these difficult times and maintain within them the vestiges of love, of hope, of faith and light? This is indeed the struggle that we see many of you engaged in. So let me offer some words of advice.
“You have entered into a life on Urantia for a purpose. The experiences this life provides are tremendously valuable since they lay a foundation for your future spiritual growth. So where should your focus be? I will ask you then, one more simple question…What do you wish to remember?
“What, in the way of memories do you wish to hold on to? What will be of most value to you during the early times of your ascendant career?
“Will it be the hours and days that you spent lamenting over your losses? Will it be the stark reminders of the indecencies, the cataclysmic disasters, the horror of human suffering brought on by the hands of others, that will serve you best? One could make a case for acknowledging these trials and tribulations. For indeed, we will not grow as much without the challenge of difficult times. And lessons will be learned that you will not wish to forget.”
“Life in the worlds of time and space is designed to accentuate the contrast between the light and dark for one learns best what light is when there is a contrast of darkness. But then, which do you wish to exist in, light or dark?
“Which do you wish to remember the most?
“Take a moment to project your thoughts into the future. What will you be doing just beyond your stay on this planet? I can confirm that you will be engaged in frequent episodes of life review that reflect just how you lived your life on Urantia. These memories of your earth life will guide you throughout your early morontial career. And what’s more, they will be represented by your thought patterns and actions that occurred in your ‘present’ state of mind at that time, in the state of ‘now’. So, if you spend your hours in the present lamenting over the past and ruminating over what you lack now, that is what you will remember. And how well will that serve you?
“We recommend that you not put your head in the sand and deny the dark events that surround you, but instead assume the stance of the observer providing yourself distance from the darker realities. In this way you shield yourself from the crippling trauma of fear that can result. Focus your eyes instead on the light that filters through all of these events. For it is in that light where you will develop a state of hope, where you will find viable solutions and where you may then initiate positive action. It is in that light where your faith will grow and you will experience peace of mind. It is in that light, where you will find the truth, sense the beauty and reflect the goodness that also exists.
“My dear friends, pray for those who are infirmed and suffering. Act when you can to ease their load. Allow yourself time to adjust to the unpleasant aspects of your current existence. And then, be kind to yourself and others by balancing your life with a conscious effort to see the good, the light, the true and the beautiful. Do not fall into a state of despair that dominates the present condition of your thoughts and actions. Rise up and absorb your share of happiness and light. Then your present state of mind will contribute to the healing aspects of renewal. And these will be the memories that will follow you and feed you wherever you land beyond this world.”
