Thought Adjuster: “The way in which you use your mind – your way of thinking – is based mostly on the habits you have cultivated during your lifetime. Your personality has a lot to do with your way of thinking, but the way you react to events in your life and the thoughts you have given preference to are what determine the way in which your mind functions today and therefore also determine your reality.
“When we talk about your way of thinking we mean the way in which you create your thoughts in your mind and build the conceptual framework of your reality. This is the way you normally react to the input of your senses, the way you face difficulties, and the way in which you see yourself in relationship to the rest of the universe. It is the way in which you use the resource provided by spirit that is your human mind.
“During your life you have accustomed yourself to prefer certain kinds of thoughts and to react to situations in a certain way. These habits are reinforced to such a degree that they often happen unconsciously, almost automatically. These habits are very hard to change, especially since they have been nurtured for years. However, the human brain was designed to be dynamic, with an unlimited capacity for adaptation. You can consider your brain to be like an antenna, which you can use to connect with the Mind Spirits that function in this world. Your habits determine the frequency with which you connect to and the type of signals you receive. How can you change your frequency and connect to other frequencies that may be more productive?
“This is most difficult if you rely only on human resolve. You cannot change your radio station if you do not know the frequency of other stations. The analogy of a radio ends here, since in contrast to a normal radio our brains cannot simply connect to other frequencies and listen. The thoughts you receive are attracted by you. Your ideas allow other ideas of the same kind to be available to your mind, but if you always have the same kind of ideas, how can you promote different ideas, higher ideas?
“This is one of the main functions of your Thought Adjuster – the presence of God in your being. This Divine Presence is constantly revealing the spiritual realities to the human mind, stimulating the mind with ideas of increased beauty and truth so the mind can produce higher thinking, improving your ability to receive the best transmissions of truth and light available in this world and beyond. The way a human being can overcome her limitations is by allowing her Thought Adjuster to work with her, by the intent of doing God’s will – collaborating in the plan to becoming a creature of increased perfection – leaving the doors open to fill her life with truth and to let her mind work the most effective way. Only with the help of the Father can a human being rise above the animal nature and the key for this achievement lies in the personal decisions of each individual.”

“Thirty prejudiced and tradition-blinded false judges, with their false witnesses, are presuming to sit in judgment on the righteous Creator of a universe. And these impassioned accusers are exasperated by the majestic silence and superb bearing of this God-man. His silence is terrible to endure; his speech is fearlessly defiant. He is unmoved by their threats and undaunted by their assaults. [UB 184:3]
Teacher Uteah: “Iniquity will never be comfortable in the presence of righteousness. Such is the supreme authority of absolute values over their total disregard. The so-called trial of Jesus was a travesty of justice. The corrupted judges’ bias against Jesus led them to render a guilty verdict before any semblance of due process.
“Little did they know that they were the ones sitting in judgment. Jesus' majestic presence and eloquent silence greatly disconcerted them. They slapped Him in the face, spit on Him, treated Him with abject irreverence without getting a rise out of Him. Jesus remained in full Self-control. His contrasting peaceful and kind demeanor acted like a magnifying mirror, making the exposure of the lack of self-restraint of His tormentors.
“How would you react under similar circumstances? Would you let the teasing and bullying of malevolent individuals rob you of your peace and self-control, thus officially partaking in the hostilities? Or would you remain steadfast in your righteousness, depriving your enemies of the satisfaction of making you stoop to their level?
“Life continually tests your level of self-mastery. When you remain in self-control, you are the one controlling the situation. As Jesus did, you favorably impress your tormentors in spite of their reluctance to admit it. Do strive to remain grounded in the absolute values that were the makings of Jesus' irrefutable spiritual victories.”

Thought Adjuster: “An attitude of exploration and the desire to learn is what distinguishes a good student from an average one. Your civilization uses mostly a system of grading to classify your students, but it would be better – but perhaps more difficult – to evaluate progress by ascertaining the way in which knowledge transforms into wisdom in the lives of your students.
“When you talk about good or average students, a difference in intellectual capacities is not implied. Similarly, the Father does not differentiate among His children and He loves them all equally. Being a good student in the school of life is determined by the degree in which a mortal manages to know the will of the Father and to consecrate his or her life to this will. For this, a student must always keep her eyes open in order to detect the sparks of truth that hide in the waves of confused traditions, superstition and dogma that fill to the brim human religions and philosophies.
“It is possible to obtain great spiritual benefits through the practice of any of your religions that promote the idea of a deity that is the Creator Father of every individual. It is possible to grow in spirit through science and philosophy, when your mind is open to the exploration of the wonders of nature and the possibilities of human intellect, discovering the invisible hand that controls, inspires and leads everything to higher levels of truth, beauty and goodness. It is possible to get a better understanding of the love of the Father though service to your peers, in any of the human professions that aim to serve in many different ways.
“What matters is not the particular religion, doctrine, profession or the path that is chosen. What makes a difference is the intent of an individual and the desire to be better and to know more about reality. All those who want to understand the purpose of their lives and strive to be better every day will find the way that will lead them to eternal life and the presence of the Father. Each path is unique, even when the goal is the same. Therefore, it makes no sense to judge the decisions and actions of others, because what may be the best for you may not be so good for others. The achievement of spiritual enlightenment is always a personal attainment, something that each person reaches by his or her own efforts and decisions.
“When you observe religions, doctrines, philosophies and the paths of your peers, do not spend so much time highlighting the differences and apparent mistakes. Remember how many theories and beliefs, which you now consider absurd, were once a step on the ladder that helped you reach a higher level of understanding. Religious wars in this world would end if the members of each religion focused on the beliefs they have in common with others from different faiths, because in the end it is precisely at this common ground where they will find the highest truths and the greatest benefits for all.”

Subject: “Take Your Vision to the Next Level.”

Teacher Uteah: “There are many creative ways you can work together with your spirit guides (soul family), and when you understand something about how they operate, you can then leverage their collective expertise and bring them all together into a powerful benevolent team that can help you accomplish your personal goals. To be effective in your creativity requires that you actually have personal goals — something many people fail to define for themselves. When you can state these goals and visualize them from a place deep within you, this is where Spirit can step in and “go to work” for you. To take this vision to the next level, you express your goals by recognizing the relationship you have with Spirit and then assign these tasks to your team with the assurance that you and Spirit shall put these thoughts and ideas into action.
It is not necessary that you separate and delegate the steps for each member of your guidance team, for they understand what spiritual resources are needed and what each order of your guidance team is capable of doing. We (Spirit) work in a unified way to see that the steps and tasks necessary to achieve the outcome are divided up with the “expert” that can best accomplish the needed steps along the way to see that the final goal is met. Understand that Spirit sees where you cannot, and so it is best to build faith and trust that Spirit is working to accomplish these goals with the intention that the greatest good can be served for you and all those who would be affected by the outcome.
Because we can calculate with great accuracy the collateral influence of your co-creative efforts, we sometimes guide you in a direction that may be different from your expectations. This may seem to be somewhat circumvent to your understanding about how your vision unfolds, but please understand that it is always better to release the vision to the work of your guides without the expectations in the steps along the way. Be mindful to watch for the coming opportunities that set the next step in motion, for you are a part of the equation and a co-creator in the process. You cannot just speak your intentions to the wind and sit back and wait for the manifestation to take place. You have a part in its success that requires you to participate in the vision. To be “aware” is to then watch for the signposts of the next opportunity.
The one thing that is most important to understand, and this is a universal understanding, is that your energetic investment is equal to Spirit’s energetic investment — meaning, the amount of dedication, time, and energy you put into the vision is equaled in the spirit world in seeing your vision come to life. Your will and creative desire is the catalyst to begin the process and it is Spirit’s work to then match the resources with the need and intensity to meet the goal in a meaningful way best suited for you and all those affected. We (Spirit) are opportunists and we get behind those things that have the greatest influence in seeing growth (progress) for you and your world — keep this thought in the back of your mind always as you define your goals and create the vision you desire to see manifest.
Your homework is to not only be the catalyst for the vision, but to understand how your vision will impact others. This will help you determine how much energy is needed in seeing it through to manifestation. A truly great idea that helps many requires a great many resources and so these take more time and energy on all sides, but they also have a greater payoff in terms of growth. Time is a limited resource on your side — be mindful about how much of it you put toward a goal that has little pay-off. Spend your time and mental resources wisely and Spirit shall let you know if it is a worthwhile endeavor by providing the indicators for success or failure.
It makes a significant difference in the process to collaborate with Spirit rather than speaking to the wind and expecting a miracle. Know that we (Spirit) are real personalities that are invested in your success as a soul, and to work together is most helpful for us and you. It takes a lot of faith and trust to collaborate with the unseen, but this is precisely what is most effective. What joy it is for your guidance team to know you personally and to work with you at a more personal level of trust than to merely lead you unaware through your life.

Neurons (also known as nerve cells and nerve fibres) are electrically excitable cells in the nervous system that function to process and transmit information.
Thought Adjuster: “Some of your trains of thoughts are organized in logical sequences that captivate your attention while others are composed of random and disorderly passing thoughts devoid of substance.
“Your brain has in the range of 100 billion neurons. It is a multi-tasker that receives, generates, processes, and transmits informational data and signals. Wouldn’t it then be beneficial to its productivity to apply a quality control of sorts to the thoughts you entertain?
“Indeed, your mind is continually ‘under the influence’ of thoughts. Do you carefully monitor what you allow past its gates? Or do they stand wide open, indiscriminately letting in thoughts of parasitical nature?
“Scrutinize your mental processes to tell the squatters apart from those on your approved guest list. Sift through the raw material of your thoughts to develop those of value, thus putting your brainpower to its intended higher use.
“Each meaningful train of thoughts has a nutritional value, while habitual, obsessively mulling hogs much of your valuable mental real estate.
“Take your thinking to heart! It is bundled with kindred emotions. By thinking ‘intelligently,’ you upgrade both your mental and emotional life. It steers you toward higher grounds of understanding which, in turn, helps you make better-informed decisions.
“I am there to draw your attention to the flares of enlightening thoughts. After they catch your attention, I will help you elaborate on them, following their golden thread.”
