Thought Adjuster: “Service to your peers is one of the fruits of spirit that arises spontaneously when the heart of a human being begins to fill with divine love. When you realize that in the end, all are one, it becomes evident that the progress and well-being of all is essential for the establishment of a reality with more light and truth. As universal citizens, your purpose is to co-create with deity a reality that is a more faithful expression of the will of the Father. Therefore, as you understand your duty and the privilege that involves participating in the creation of this reality, you understand also that everyone is necessary in order to make that happen.
Service to your peers has nothing to do with solving other people’s problems. Each one is responsible of facing and overcoming the challenges of life on their own. It is in decisions and actions where the human soul is born and grows. If you deprive your neighbors of the opportunity to make their own decisions of eternal value, you would be effectively impeding the growth of their immortal souls.
Strive to serve your peers as the Father serves you. The Divine Presence of God lives within you and guides your decisions and your thoughts to higher ground. This presence just offers suggestions and accepting these suggestions and making the necessary decisions to manifest the reality that your Thought Adjuster has suggested depends on you – of your free will. Similarly, you can offer advice to your peers if they ask for it. You can also offer the truth you have discovered if you perceive that their thirsty souls desire to drink the water of life.
In general, be for your peers what the Father would be if He was in your place. This was perfectly illustrated by the mortal life of Michael. He was never indolent in the face of the suffering of His human siblings. He never left in the dark anybody who expressed even the faintest desire to see the light. He was the peace and the rest for all those filled with confusion, conflicts, and anxiety who met him on His travels in this world. He offered His goodness and love to all who were willing to accept them. Could you do the same? Certainly, you can, because the same nature that inhabited Jesus is already within you and it is only up to you to let that divinity express through your being.”

“The universe is not wound up like a clock to run just so long and then cease to function; all things are constantly being renewed. The Father unceasingly pours forth energy, light, and life.” [UB 4:1.6]
Thought Adjuster: “The Father is not a stingy giver. His blessings are eternally sustainable—even though appearances may seem contrary. Yes, the energies, the light, and life that fuel each life are inexhaustible, as they ARE what IS—the very nature of the Creator.
When a caterpillar ascends toward its butterfly-ness, it is the very same life force that causes its wings to unfold and urges it to take its maiden flight. When your physical body is no longer fit to interact with its material living quarters, your being-ness gets transferred to more aethereal experiential realms—other interactive planes for your evolving soul.
What matters is how you invest your life force. The threefold divine criteria for creation and procreation are forever reliable in their immutability: Is it good? Is it true? Is it beautiful? Such is the optimal quality control that the Divine wholeheartedly embraces while giving you free rein on how you spend your renewable energy quota.
Human beings remain body-, mind-, and soul-strong by ingesting servings of ‘daily bread’ to feed the three operative planes of their being. Your body would quickly wither away if deprived of the regenerative time-outs of sleep and the intake of the essential nutrients that enable it to be of service. As well, your mind needs to be ‘intelligently’ fed with thought-provoking and soul-sustaining manna from above, as unbeknownst to many superficial thinkers, the purpose of your material incarnation is to foster the emergence of your eternal soul.
By living consciously, you will cater to all these pillars of your life. Your quest for truth, beauty, and goodness places you on track with your eternal destiny. Celebrate this benevolent trio that supports your highest good and leave by the wayside whatever is devoid of a motivational driving force, enlightening truth, and eternal life expectancies.”

Subject: “Experiencing Conscious Contact – Part 3.”
Dear Friends and Light Workers,
In this continuing series I will expand and explain the methods I use for Conscious Contact, and I encourage you to begin experimentation with this framework. Realize that each of us has the Presence of the Universal Father within, and we are all co-creators of our reality. Our goal is to attain a greater realization of the I AM — unity consciousness — the child consciousness becoming aware of the Parent Consciousness as a cosmic fact of our reality.
Thus far, I have identified 11 “facets” for the Framework of Conscious Contact (CC). I shall expand and explain each one in subsequent messages. As a student of CC, you will want to move through these facets in a fluid and spontaneous way as you experiment with the framework. Let your heart become the center of your expression. CC, as it is defined here is to be “spoken verbally” (vibration) as an expression of your will and personality. This framework and its verbal expression is supplemental to any and all other spiritual practices — it is a tool for soul nourishment and spiritual progress.

Thought Adjuster: “Human beings seeded on Planet Earth replenish their physical energies by a regular intake of nutrient-rich aliments. They thus cater to the smooth-running and lubrication of their current experiential vehicle — the state-of-the-art, irreplaceable body on loan for the duration of their planetary sojourn.
Your body chauffeurs you through the twists and turns of life. As a humble servant, it should take its driving instruction from its on-board GPS [God Positioning System], thus keeping you safe and sound. A brazen disregard of the legitimate pecking order constitutes a regrettable breach of its sacred duties, causing it to spin out of control toward a dangerous dead-end.
When on track, your spirit will bid farewell to its temporary living quarters at the official termination of its lease. Beware of potentially toxic lifestyles that soil your carnal receptacle, aging it prematurely. They provoke handicapping aches and pains that keep you stuck in an idling mode in the here and now for all the wrong reasons.
Those who fail to recognize that they are a spiritual being having an earthly experience operate at the sensory surface of things, failing to scout for the ethereal nutrients essential to eternal survival. Affection-deprived infants waste away. Love is the divine substance that feeds the embryonic soul — its royal jelly. Those undernourished emotionally and spiritually lack zest for life, which results in chronic depression.
A prolonged spiritual fast will be terminal if you persist in starving your anorexic soul. Establish a healthy spiritual regimen. Come to Me daily to partake in the rejuvenating spiritual break-fast I will have concocted for you as I constantly monitor your vital signs.
Do not foolishly dismiss your spiritual hunger pangs. By growing a healthy spiritual appetite, you will soon notice a decrease in your binges for ‘comfort food.’ Comfort for what? How could indulging in your favorite treats ever compensate for your emotional and spiritual deficits?”

Bob: "Cherubim Bob and Sanobim Lady are here.
We have been here for some time but this mortal’s brain is a bit like "rush hour traffic" this evening. It has been hard to get into the flow of things. Then, when we got in the lane of traffic, we had to stop for her babbling, so let’s see if we can help calm her down and enjoy the ambiance of your moment, and the fireplace, which is a nice touch, albeit noisy, which is yet another distraction.
This is a good point for me to bring to your attention: the fact of your electro-chemical makeup. Your electro-chemical makeup is a bit like your motor, and yet it is not "in" you so much as it is vibrating off of you and around you. There are times when surely you must be aware of your electro-chemical nature, for the personality becomes quite caught up in that energy system.
There is something about the electro-chemical system that gives you a sense of being alive, even a liveliness, that is easily construed as activism or having a good time. But the same thing can be said for children, addicts, or the mentally ill, for manics are in a crazed state as a result of their electro-chemical system being on overdrive.
It is no wonder you people have trouble slowing down and getting into meditation techniques and stillness practice. Like children, addicts and the mentally ill are in need of supervision, also are you. And yet it falls within the realm of possibility that you yourselves could begin to understand something of your electro-chemical system and moderate it such that you have greater control over your life, in the material/mechanical sense.
I just called this to your attention, because it has been our observation that in these tumultuous times of chaos, and of accelerated telecommunication, your electro-chemical system is somewhat stimulated beyond your capacity to make sense of it, and so you remain unconscious of it. I come along now and invite you to notice your own electro-chemical system. And having identified it, it then behooves you to have an appreciation of it such that you know how to take it in hand, so that it stays balanced.
Even though it feels good to get "revved up," in order that you may justify feeling "laid back," the hum of a well-modulated electro-chemical system gives off charm, social fragrance, and a spiritual aura.
