George: “This universe seems to get its jollies out of taking
me to the brink. And yes, I have an attitude. I suppose that’s
why you got me to do this job, because I have an attitude, but I don’t
suppose there will be any takers for this message.”
Machiventa: “This is Machiventa Melchizedek. It is a pleasure
as well as a duty of mine to take you up on your comment. Like you,
it can be said about me that I am almost fearless. It can also be said
that this universe runs smoothly, even though for us to go three steps
forward, we must sometimes take two steps back.
“Generally it is clear that in your lifetimes, and I say lifetimes
when I include the mansion worlds, there are difficulties to overcome
in order for you to learn. Yet it always still adds up to you not ever
being given something that you cannot handle.
“It is the Father’s Choice. It is the Spirit’s Choice
that the difficulties are placed on your path for you to become strong
and able to travel right up to the end of the road to eternity, during
which you will be able to handle difficulties for yourself and for others.
The universe of universes is a massive organization, a monopoly, a business
of an only kind, and the only business that counts, where each plays
his or her part.
“The interesting thing about your journeys, your time-space adventures,
is that not at any time will any of you know for certain what your end
destination-function will be. We, Melchizedeks, Angels, Midwayers, Teachers,
do whatever we can to smooth the road for you when we can. We don’t
spoon feed you. This is Machiventa. I shall, however, call in more frequently
when difficulties arise, and I say goodbye for now.”
