Destiny Guardians.
Received by George Barnard.
George: “It is kind of so many of you to come and visit
us. Most of you I know. Some of you are strangers, but you are friends
all the same, and we welcome you.”
Destiny Guardian: “We are the Destiny Guardians of this
receiver of occasional messages. We have our dear, shall we call him
‘an imported friend’, to facilitate this connection for us.
We are Destiny Guardians, that is, we are Guardian Angels appointed
to one specific person, which heralds the last chapter in our earthly
career.
“We are created beings. We originated on Salvington, and we speak
the language of that realm. We endeavor to impart on you new concepts,
new thoughts, we are only in part responsible for the spiritual progress
you attain on this beautiful terrestrial home.
“In the language of Salvington, one day, when it becomes obvious
that this receiver has chosen to move ahead on his most important spiritual
path, we will decide what name to call him by. Such is our prerogative.
And it is merely a joke, understood by many in our realm, that this
human being actually named us. And since only one of us appeared to
him, were we both given the single name of Juliette. It is by that name,
that nickname, that we are now known. It is in the language of Salvington
that we shall one day name this receiver.
“Our lesson for today deals with the spiritual path that one must
take to gain eternal existence. And for those of you who are daily involved
in dealing with the many ‘out there’, you need to be aware
of the fact that a number of those many who contact you, contact you
in great fear.
“Fear is a most predominant aspect and motivating force in the
psychology of Urantians. Fear is often what makes them search for an
answer to the prompts that they are receiving. Fear is the reason for
their urgently contacting you. Fear is the reason for their arguing
with you, and fear is indeed the reason for their occasionally insulting
and abusing you.
“But I say to you, this understanding of their fear is the most
important thing for you to hold in mind, for you to ever recall under
trying circumstances that crop up from time to time. It is important
for you to realize ‘that your personal spiritual progress -- as
Midwayer Chief Bzutu put it so clearly -- is inversely related to the
denouncements, the abuse in return, you might meet out to others.
“It is ever important for all of you involved in this progress
group, this 11:11 progress unit, to reward insults with a smiles, to
reward abuse with an ‘I wish you well’, and to ever rise above
your perceived innate need to ‘reward’ an abuser in kind.
Always remember to take the high road in any of the difficult situations
that you will encounter in the important task you have involved yourself
with.
“Guardian Angels and Destiny Guardians all over this planet are
conducting their tasks with a great deal of help from the likes of Midwayer
Mathew. We now have many more comrades in the Midway world. All of these
who have streamed into our realm are from the Local Universe. Some among
them are from previous rebellious planets that have made good progress
despite the rebellion.
“I am the more masculine Seraph of the Destiny Guardians of this
human receiver. I thank you for your attention. We shall return whenever
