While in meditation, I see the early morning light pouring over the crest of a mountain, illuminating the beauty
of this world. The birds are singing as I observe the green trees, hills and valleys.
And the messenger says . . .
Divine Self: “Take this image into your heart, and reflect upon it whenever you feel the weight of the
world pressing in on you. Peace and Beauty are ever present when you call on them to surround you.
“Take time out to be, and yes, we all deserve some down time.
“Take refuge in the Mother; your Mother Earth.
“Take this day one moment at a time. Seek to be of service and dissolve your resistance to it.
“With love and blessings in our heart.
“I AM The Light.”
