Cherubim “I’ll be Frank” and Sanobim Alice.
Received by George Barnard.

Cherubim Frank: “Alice and I both know and understand your apprehension about developments in the world, your world, our world. She and I are what you would class to be experts in the study of human psychology. We understand, we can see, and especially with your past experiences, your distinct memories of World War Two.

“With your regular gathering of information about what is daily coming to pass, you are projecting a future; you are seeing a temporary stand off, and you are acknowledging a future confrontation. Yes! Alice and I know your thoughts. We understand your humanness, your thought patterns, your behavior, so very well. All is a matter of attitude, however. All is a matter of self-control, and living in the now.

“We recommend no other approach, our much-loved brother.

“If you were a shoe salesman sent to Africa, there could be two ways that you could look at your market over there. You could see your effort as useless for, unhappily, no one bothers to wear shoes in Africa. Or you could see it as a future bonanza because to an enterprising dealer in footwear no one yet wears shoes in Africa.

“What formidable trade you are looking forward to!

“So, also in a way, can you look at your activity of this day. You could see it as a ‘why bother,’ because everything is going to change, or you can see it as ‘great news’ this is the time to put in much extra effort because things are going to change. My thoughts are that at this time one should redouble one’s efforts, because things are going to change.

“We love you, and therefore we put it Frank-ly. This is Frank saying so long for now.”

George: “Thank you, Brother.”
