Ohio, US of A, May 10, 2005. Teacher Aaron. Received By Elaine. Aaron: “Dear Child, please pick up your pen. It is time for your lesson, and we will work through the difficulties [see note]. “Today, we are discussing an emotion you seem quite attached to, Worry. This human emotion is known to be a spirit poison! Ever so slowly it erodes the joy of living, taking a little part here, a little part there, until nothing is left but fear. Left unchecked, it continues to grow and eventually overshadows the more fragrant emotions. Do not allow worry to rob you of your precious joy! Please remember, that you are a faith child of the Eternal God, and surrounded always by his love and support, so nothing, absolutely nothing can harm your spirit, unless you allow it to do this. “This emotion, Worry, and its sidekick, Fear, are a legacy of your evolutionary past, and imbedded deeply in your human psyche. That is the reason why they can appear so easily and readily. Therefore, it takes less effort to allow them to dominate, rather than the higher spiritual emotions of Faith, Trust and Joy. Worry leads to fear and despair. Faith, Hope and Joy lead to Father, and his infinite Love. Which will you choose, little sister? “Consider the situations you have encountered this week, and the choices you have made. Were you abiding in the Light, the Love and the Will of God, or did these choices and situations lead to the darker emotions of worry and fear? “Understand that your thoughts, words, and actions affect all people within your range. When you shroud yourself in worry and fear, unfortunately, it will be shared with others in the vicinity. Likewise when your heart is light and happy, the love will illuminate all hearts. So you must conclude that your emotions not only belong to you, but also to other humans with whom you unconsciously choose to share them. These humans can either benefit, or lose, depending on your demeanor. “This week, try to make the right emotional choices for yourself as well as for others in your life. Keep your eyes firmly fixed on Father and his beautiful Light. The darkness will dissipate, and soon only Faith, Joy and Trust will remain. I repeat, in all things, in every moment, keep your eyes fixed on the Light, little sister. “We love and encourage you every step of the way. Now relax for a time in Father’s love before beginning this wondrous new day. Your teacher, Aaron, loves you. Shalom.” Receiver’s note: I had a little trouble at the beginning ‘finding’ quiet time, and when I did, quieting my mind. I thought I heard him several times but I sort of froze.
