Midwayer Chief, Bzutu (ABC22).
Received by George Barnard.
Bzutu: We have his attention at last. It is good to be
sure that contact is complete, is solid. It also wastes some of our
precious time, but what can we do?
This is Midwayer Chief Bzutu. I am taking you back to the early
months of the year two thousand. I am taking you back to the work that
James English and yourself completed at that time, and I am taking you
back to the supposed predictions that were made at that time.
I want you to realize that despite an attitude of near fearlessness,
some of his predictions have become stuck in the back of your mind.
Were they predictions? Had James English, or his partner, suddenly become
fortune tellers? No! I guarantee you that is not so, yet you are not
immune to such negative suggestions as you were given. No one is totally
immune, and at times predictions can be allowed to become self-fulfilling.
What they looked at was the game of I Ching, providing
a likely outcome, but never a certainty. It is at this time when you
are taking on some interesting, important, and creative new duties that
I remind you of your original plans. Daily, yes, day by day, you will
find the time to eventually complete the entire project, and have time
to spare to enjoy the results of your efforts.
Consider now how many times, even if only fleetingly, you have
recalled the editors words that the work would end in failure,
at least to some degree. Wipe these thoughts from your mind, entirely.
Proceed with the project long ago planned, and put your words on paper
for many to enjoy.
This is Midwayer Chief Bzutu. I thank you for noting my prompt. I assure
you that my remark about your tardiness was made in jest. I say Adieu
for now.
George: Thank you Chief.
Receivers notes: James English
edited some of my work. He and his partner also made a number of predictions,
some of which actually came true. The prediction that some
of my documentation would fail in publication, according to the Chief,
was a negative, and wrong suggestion to which, the Midwayer feels, I
have not been entirely immune.
Midwayers cannot read human minds, except in cases where they are given
permission by the persons Destiny Guardians (Guardian Angels),
the persons Thought Adjuster, or their human coworker him/herself.
I gave them permission some years ago.
