Now, this will be a worthwhile discussion, as many people either live in the past and drag those burdens with them, or they live in the future and fantasize about things, which might never come to pass, or will only come to pass depending on the energy they give those thoughts, because that is the law of attraction, yet meanwhile they forget to live for today only, which brings enough worries of its own. Humans are not created to carry yesterday’s burdens with them, no wonder they stagger under the weight of things better left behind, forgiven and forgotten. It is OK to make plans for the future, but in truth and fact this can only be successful when I am also taken into consideration.

People everywhere pray in one language or another, and in many belief systems that God’s will be done, without them realizing that they themselves need to allow this to happen. That is the beauty of having free will; you will never be coerced into doing anything. This is one area where the human will definitely needs to become involved, so it becomes a wholehearted decision on the part of the mortal, and that also signals the time when you are more willing to seek God’s will in the moment, for God lives always in the eternal moment. God never lives in the past, because the past is complete, and the future is built on the eternal now, for in the now is where the lessons for the future are learned.

If you forget to live fully in the now, you also forget to do God’s will in the now. Once you start living more consciously in the now, you give God a greater chance to become part of your life, and you will certainly discover how much easier life is becoming, because the burdens of yesteryear have been left behind, and the future does not present itself with any worries, as today has enough to be considered. Besides, once you learn to have total trust and faith in the capabilities of God to take care of your little affairs, for after all, He is used to running a whole wide universe and beyond, why should you have to worry about anything, except the worries of your own making?

You see, child, life can be so simple once you take Me into your confidence, for then your life becomes a prayer. You will experience a true deep-felt happiness because with whatever you undertake, you know without a doubt, that I am with you always, and in all ways. How much safer shall you feel, when you know that the armies of heaven protect you? The only responsibility on your part is to regularly come to Me in the Stillness of your heart, and confide in Me. If you then learn to sit still for long enough to hear My answer, which may come as a feeling enjoyed beyond measure, you can then go forth and act on the prompts I give you, and walk your day from moment to moment in unconditional love.
