Prayer: Dear God, I long to become
the master of self.
Dear one, yours is the quest of the ages. Continue to listen within,
and to receive guidance from within.
Notice the beings I place upon your path, and become more aware. Wake
up out of that sleep state so many are languishing in. Be present within
and without.
Shed the past, for it is gone forever. Use any means to become emotionally
and psychically free from whatever pulls you down and back. Know that
with a greater awareness you can master the self.
Become also more aware of the signs and symptoms in your body, and treat
it well with the proper nutrition. Give thanks to it, daily. Appreciate
it, and it will repay you in kind with greater health.
It is ignorance, negative thinking, and wrong food combinations that
give rise to all manner of issues, pains, and more. The cause is always
in the unseen.
You are on your way to change all this. This life is your journey of
self-discovery. It will be full of surprises.
Enjoy each day.
